Permanent Residence under the Provincial Nominee Program

 
The Provincial Nominee Program encompasses all immigration programs put in place by the Provinces and Territories other than Quebec to attract Foreign Nationals.
 
These Provinces and Territories have their own programs and/or streams that usually targets:
 
  • Students that recently graduated in Canada
  • Skilled Workers and Semi-Skilled Workers
  • Workers who have a Job Offer through an Employer in the Province or Territory
  • Investors, Entrepreneurs and Business People
Each Province or Territory has their own mechanism and process for applying for their specific programs. The requirements also regularly change.
